Content Guidelines — What's Allowed

## What You Can and Can't Post on FANZA FANZA is an open platform that supports a wide range of content types. We believe in creative freedom, but there are clear boundaries that exist to keep everyone safe and comply with the law. **What's allowed:** FANZA welcomes original content across many categories, including but not limited to: - Creative and artistic content (photography, digital art, music, writing) - Educational and tutorial content - Fitness and wellness content - Lifestyle, fashion, and beauty content - Entertainment and comedy - Gaming and streaming - Adult content (in jurisdictions where this is legal, and only from verified, age-confirmed creators) The key requirement is that **you must own the rights** to whatever you post. Original content you created or content you have explicit permission to share. **What's strictly prohibited:** These rules are non-negotiable. Violations result in immediate action. - **Any content involving minors** — This is the most serious violation and results in immediate, permanent account termination and reporting to authorities. - **Non-consensual content** — Content featuring anyone who has not given clear, informed consent, including revenge material or content produced under coercion. - **Illegal activities** — Content that depicts or promotes illegal acts. - **Impersonation** — Pretending to be another person, creator, or public figure. - **Harassment and hate speech** — Content that targets individuals or groups based on identity. - **Spam and misleading content** — Mass-produced, deceptive, or AI-generated content presented as original. - **Copyright infringement** — Content that belongs to someone else without their permission. Violations are handled based on severity. Minor infractions may result in content removal and a warning. Serious violations lead to account suspension or permanent bans.
