## When Posts or Media Won't Load If you're seeing blank posts, images that won't display, or videos that won't play, here are the most common causes and fixes. **Check your internet connection.** This sounds obvious, but a slow or unstable connection is the most frequent cause of loading issues. Try loading a different website to confirm your connection is working. If you're on WiFi, try moving closer to your router or switching to mobile data temporarily to see if that helps. **Clear your browser cache.** Over time, cached data can become corrupted and cause display issues. In most browsers, you can clear the cache from Settings → Privacy → Clear Browsing Data. Select "Cached images and files" and clear it, then reload FANZA. **Try a different browser.** If content loads fine in Chrome but not Safari (or vice versa), the issue is browser-specific. This can happen due to browser extensions, outdated browser versions, or compatibility issues. Update your browser to the latest version and try again. **Disable browser extensions.** Ad blockers and privacy extensions sometimes interfere with content loading on FANZA.
