# Creating Promotions Promotions are a powerful tool for attracting new subscribers and rewarding loyal fans. FANZA offers several promotion types to help you grow your audience. ## Types of Promotions ### Percentage Discounts Offer a percentage off your regular subscription price. For example, a 50% discount on a
0/month subscription would let new subscribers join for $5/month for the promotional period. ### Free Trials Let potential subscribers try your content for free for a set number of days. This is great for building trust and showcasing your content quality. ### Bundle Deals Offer multi-month subscription packages at a discounted rate. For example, 3 months for the price of 2, or a special annual rate. ## Creating a Promotion 1. Navigate to **Promotions** in your dashboard sidebar 2. Click **Create Promotion** 3. Choose the promotion type (discount, free trial, or bundle) 4. Set the promotion details: - **Name** — A descriptive name for the promotion - **Duration** — When the promotion starts and ends - **Discount/Trial details** — The specific offer parameters - **Max redemptions** — Optionally limit how many people can use it 5. Activate the promotion ## Where Promotions Appear Active promotions are automatically displayed on your public profile with an eye-catching **Active Offers** banner. Your subscription price will show the original price with a strikethrough alongside the discounted price. ## Managing Active Promotions You can view, edit, or deactivate promotions at any time from your Promotions dashboard. Deactivating a promotion won't affect existing subscribers who already redeemed it — their terms continue until their current period ends. ## Tips for Effective Promotions - **Time-limited offers** create urgency and drive conversions - **Free trials** work best for new creators building an audience - **Bundle deals** encourage longer commitments and reduce churn - Track redemption rates to understand what works for your audience
