Deleting Your Account

## Deleting Your Account If you decide FANZA isn't for you, you can request that your account be permanently deleted. We don't make this difficult or bury the option — but we do want to make sure you understand what happens, since it can't be reversed. **How to request deletion:** 1. Go to **Dashboard → Settings** 2. Scroll down to the **Account Deletion** section 3. Click **Request Account Deletion** 4. You can optionally provide a reason (this helps us improve, but it's not required) 5. Confirm your request **What happens next:** Your deletion request goes to our team for processing. This usually takes up to 7 business days. During this waiting period, your account continues to function normally, and you can cancel the request if you change your mind. Once the deletion is processed: - Your profile, posts, messages, and all associated content are permanently removed from the platform - Any active subscriptions you have (both as a subscriber and as a creator) are cancelled - If you're a creator with a balance above the minimum payout threshold (
0), we'll process a final payout to your registered payment method - Your email address is freed up, meaning you could theoretically create a new account with it later — but none of your old data will be recoverable **A note for creators:** If you have active subscribers, consider giving them a heads-up before deleting. Subscribers won't be charged again after deletion, but they'll lose access to your content library without warning otherwise.
