Going Live

## Live Streaming on FANZA Live streaming lets you broadcast to your subscribers in real-time. It's one of the most engaging ways to connect with your audience and earn tips while you're at it. **Getting started:** 1. Go to **Dashboard → Go Live** 2. Enter a title for your stream — make it descriptive so people know what to expect 3. Add an optional description with more details 4. Upload a cover image (optional but recommended — it shows up in the live streams listing) 5. Click **Start Stream** You have two options for broadcasting: - **Browser-based streaming** — Stream directly from your browser using your webcam. No additional software needed. - **OBS or similar software** — For higher quality streams, use broadcasting software like OBS Studio. FANZA will provide you with a stream key and server URL to configure in your software. **During your stream:** - A real-time viewer count shows how many people are watching - Viewers can send chat messages that appear in a live feed - Fans can send tips during the stream — you'll see a notification each time - You can moderate the chat by removing inappropriate messages **Tips for successful streams:** - Announce your stream in advance with a post so subscribers know when to tune in - Interact with the chat — responding to viewers makes them feel valued and encourages tips - Have good lighting and audio. Viewers will tolerate mediocre video quality, but bad audio drives people away fast - Keep a consistent schedule if possible. Subscribers are more likely to join if they know when to expect you **After the stream ends:** When you stop broadcasting, the stream status changes to "ended" and the live chat closes. Your stream statistics (peak viewers, tips received, total duration) are saved to your dashboard for reference.
