Managing Your Notifications
## Notification Settings FANZA sends notifications to keep you informed about activity on your account — new subscribers, tips, messages, comments, and platform updates. But not everyone wants all of these, so you can customize what you receive. Go to **Dashboard → Settings** and find the **Notifications** section. You'll see toggles for different notification types: - **New subscribers** — Someone subscribed to your content - **Tips received** — A fan sent you a tip - **Direct messages** — You received a new message - **Comments and likes** — Someone interacted with your posts - **Platform updates** — Announcements from the FANZA team about new features or maintenance Turn off anything you don't need. You can always come back and adjust these as your preferences change. For creators who are just starting out and loving every notification, keep them all on — that dopamine hit of seeing "new subscriber" is real. For established creators getting hundreds of notifications a day, you might want to pare it down to just tips and messages to keep things manageable. Regardless of your notification preferences, certain critical notifications (like security alerts and payment confirmations) will always be sent to your email. These can't be disabled because they're important for account security.
