## FANZA Refund Policy We want to be upfront about how refunds work so there are no surprises. **Subscriptions** — Once a billing period has started, that payment is non-refundable. If you subscribed today and change your mind tomorrow, you won't receive a refund for the current period — but you can cancel immediately to prevent future charges. You'll keep access until the end of what you've already paid for. **Tips** — Tips are voluntary payments made to show appreciation to creators. Because they're given by choice, they're non-refundable. **Pay-Per-View content** — Once you've unlocked and viewed PPV content, the purchase is non-refundable. This is because the creator has already delivered the content and earned their share. **Account balance (unused funds)** — If you've added money to your FANZA balance and haven't spent it, a refund may be possible on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team with your account details and we'll look into it. **Billing errors and technical issues** — If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical problem (like being charged twice for the same transaction), we will absolutely make it right. Reach out to support with the transaction details and we'll investigate and issue a refund if warranted. The key principle: once a creator has delivered value to you (access to their content, a personal message, etc.), that transaction is considered fulfilled. Refunds exist to correct errors, not to reverse legitimate transactions.
