# Reporting and Blocking Users Your safety and comfort on FANZA are our top priorities. We provide robust tools to help you manage unwanted interactions and report violations. ## Blocking a User When you block someone: - They can no longer view your profile or content - They cannot send you messages - Any existing conversations are hidden - They won't appear in your feed or suggestions - The block is silent — they won't be notified ### How to Block 1. Visit the user's profile 2. Click the **three-dot menu** (⋯) 3. Select **Block User** 4. Confirm the action You can manage your blocked users list from **Settings > Privacy & Security**. ## Reporting a User or Content If you encounter behavior or content that violates our community guidelines, please report it. ### How to Report 1. Click the **Report** button on the content or profile 2. Choose the most relevant reason: - Harassment or bullying - Inappropriate content - Spam or scam - Impersonation - Intellectual property violation - Other (with description) 3. Add any additional context that might help our review team 4. Submit the report ### What Happens After Reporting - Our moderation team reviews every report within 24-48 hours - You'll receive a notification when your report has been reviewed - Appropriate action will be taken based on the severity of the violation - Your identity as the reporter is always kept confidential ## Important Notes - Blocking and reporting are separate actions — you can do one without the other - False reports are taken seriously and may result in action against the reporter - If you're in immediate danger, contact local authorities - Unblocking a user is possible at any time through your settings
