Setting Up Your Profile

## Setting Up Your Profile Your profile is how other people on FANZA see you — whether you're a subscriber or a creator. Taking a few minutes to set it up properly makes a big difference. To edit your profile, go to **Dashboard → Profile** and click the **Edit Profile** button. From here you can change several things: **Profile Photo** — This appears next to your name everywhere on the platform: in comments, messages, and on your profile page. Use something clear and recognizable. If you're a creator, this is essentially your brand image, so put some thought into it. **Cover Photo** — The banner image at the top of your profile page. Creators often use this to showcase their style or give visitors a sense of what kind of content they post. Subscribers can set one too if they want, though it's optional. **Display Name** — This is the name shown publicly on your profile. It can be your real name, a nickname, or a brand name — whatever you want people to call you. You can change it anytime, and it takes effect immediately. **Bio** — A short description that appears on your profile. Tell people who you are, what you post about, or why they should subscribe. You can use emojis and line breaks to format it. Keep it genuine — bios that feel authentic tend to perform better than overly salesy ones. **Username** — Your username determines your profile URL (for example, fanza.to/profile/yourname). Choose it carefully because changing it later will break any existing links people may have shared. Only letters, numbers, and underscores are allowed. All changes save when you click the save button and go live right away — there's no approval process for profile edits.
