What happens to my subscription if I run out of balance?

If your subscription is set to renew from your FANZA balance and you don't have enough funds, the renewal will fail. You'll receive a notification letting you know. Your subscription access continues until the end of the current paid period, but it won't renew automatically. To continue, either add more funds to your balance before the next renewal attempt, or update your payment method to a credit card for automatic billing. If the renewal fails and your period expires, you'll lose access to the creator's subscriber-only content until you re-subscribe. Your bookmarks, message history, and any PPV content you've purchased remain intact.
